All payments must be made as agreed upon in the service agreement. Invoices are payable within the specified period, usually 7–30 days, unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a late fee or suspension of services until the account is current.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Power Pay LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their business purposes only.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including but not limited to trade secrets, marketing strategies, and business practices. Confidentiality will be upheld during and after the service term.

7. Limitation of Liability

Power Pay LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we strive to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes such as search engine rankings or sales increases.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the agreement or fails to perform its obligations. Upon termination, all unpaid fees will become immediately due.

9. Revisions and Updates

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services after such changes implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state  without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within that jurisdiction.
